KDE is now running on OSX. That means you can have a choice in your graphical interface now.

    You're sort of assuming that KDE would be any rational person's choice for a graphical interface.

    1) Choices are always good.

    2) I love KDE.

    3) KDE is getting significantly better in the next release, while the Mac GUI is stagnating.
