So do they even talk?

OK, so probably everybody has already seen at Lucianne. But it appears that while Hillary was proposing that no foreign government-owned companies be allowed to run a port terminal, Bill was coaching Dubai on how get through the process.

    I can't figure out if he's triangulating or sabotaging but I rather think it is the latter and we will see more of it as time goes by.
