In looking in to it I realized I shouldn't have attached Otis Spann's name to it at all. The album was some sort of weird anthology that had Cleanhead on one side and Spann on the other.
The song Juice Head Baby was from Vinson's album Cherry Red and its liner notes list Bloomfield on the guitar and Patti Brown on the keyboards.

Good ear. The guitarist was Mike Bloomfield.
