That is the outlier model --- most of the rest are only saying 9-20 inches in the next two days.
I'm just planning on staying inside until Sunday.

Skook, honey, they ain't talkin' about *rain*.
AQbout 8 inches of snow now (20:30 MST).
What's the problem? I assume you have a cup and a spoon for these snowy occasions. And a toothbrush for the finishing touch. You don't have a flat roof, do you?
No umbrellas, ever.
I should have just asked you, skook. One of the first things I noticed, but everybody I've mentioned it to (mostly not originally from this part of the country) justs looks at me like they have no idea what I'm talking about.
Sort of like here.

Inside sounds real good. Hopefully, this storm won't be as devastating for the area.
This is part of the reason I migrated to the West Slope in '74. Not that I'm afraid of winter or weather. I spent the first 3 years in Gunnison. It is just the larger urban areas have a hard time dealing with the more extreme weather conditions.
"Buffalo, Colorado" has a nice ring to it.

Sound reasoning. Thanks.
