The Mother of All Quargmires

Whew, I've been out of circulation for a long time. However, I just learned some remarkable news that I must share. Peace is breaking out. Yes, the dogs of war have been leashed and a ferocious 102 year old war has finally ended with a peace treaty.

I wonder if there are any holdouts that need to be talked into surrendering?

Oh, he's up to his usual insanity.

He's completed his Ice Palace which has a gigantic ice skating rink in it. Apparently he is now insistig that his cabinet ministers show up at least once a week at 7am to do some skating.

Speaking of cabinet ministers, he continues to purge them at the drop of a hat. The good news is nobody is trying to bribe themselves into a cushy government job because they just end up getting tossed in jail.

I guess the latest news is he has been bulldozing historic buildings in his capital. I can't wait to see what the urban renewal plan he has up his sleeze. I'm sure whatever it is, it will be a doozey.

Terrye,

No. Teddy Roosevelt negotiated the Treaty of Portsmith which ended Russo-Japanese war. Why Montenegro wasn't included in it is a mystery to me.
