It looks like the Democrats and their allies in the activist courts may be able to
rid themselves of the scourge of the new media before it even gets off the ground. "Amid the explosion of political activity on the Internet, a federal court has instructed the six-member Federal Election Commission to draw up regulations that would extend the nation's campaign finance and spending limits to the Web."

A single judge's ruling won't have much effect. An appeal is just about automatic. I don't believe that the 4th District would uphold this ruling if they review it en banc. If the 4th did uphold, this may be a chance to get McDork-Feingold back in front of the Supremes.
