I thought it was great. I'm not sure that an appeal to reason can dent an article of faith but it's sure worth a try. Two minutes is a good length - no problem with the MEGO effect that I suffer with podcasts.
I like the direct, personal approach. Such a contrast with the usual hysteria.
But I must admit to being personally flummoxed by the utter apocalyptic madness of our times, at least since I read that 72% of my fellow British Columbians will agree to the suggestion that the world will end in 2-3 generations, due to warming, and that the leading local millennial propagandist, David Suzuki, thinks it's a great thing that people are so bereft of faith in the future and our collective capacity to adapt. I have been so depressed since reading this story that I don't know how to blog about it, yet... Good to see you fighting.
Sen, yes, but it's getting so crazy here that we're almost at the point where having a smoke in an SUV could get you lynched. The local paper had a story on "eco rage" recently where they basically justified - quoting professors and what have you - those who live in rage at people who are "not doing their share".

Tru, "living well is the best revenge."
