In southern England it has been the coldest December and January for nine years.

In the North of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland, temperatures have been fractionally warmer on average than in previous years.

Nine years!! Clearly the worlds climate has gone mad. If only Bush had signed the Kyoto accords, this disaster might have been averted.

I blame Karl Rove and his "obsession" with Hillary-- the true fire and ice!

From personal observation,it would seem that the seasons have shifted slightly,Summer and Autumn lasted later in the year,Winter starting correspondingly later.
In all though we don't have a climate,we have weather, which is why we talk about it.

It seems the same to me. This has been a mild winter here in Indiana, but what winter we had came late.
