Alqaida's number two man, al-Sayaddi has been captured by Iraqi forces. The man who blew up the Golden Dome is in Iraqi custody.

I know that her in the 21st century I am the intellectual equivalent of Neanderthal Man. That said, it wouldn't bother me in the least if the Iraqi government lined this guy's dome with heavy duty, gold plated electrodes and flipped a switch connected to a robust power source.
They just might do that. The UN won't like it though.

Cultural imperialism again,we should not interfere with the customs and practices of the indigenous people.I'm sure there will be a uniquely Iraqi solution to this.
