A Disgusting Cartoon

I hesitated to post this cartoon because I find it profoundly offensive. Nonetheless, it is well to see what passes for enlightened opinion in the pages of the Guardian these days. I always thought Pinch took the Guardian as his lodestar; let us hope the NYTimes never reaches such depths.

h/t Harry's Place.

All of the sudden it is 1933 again. Damn.

How long till we have chartered 747s lined up on the runways of Heathrow and Orly, taking Jews and whoever else to safety in America?

On the bright side, look at the people we'll get.

I'm not sure I even understand the filthy thing.

I think it's kind of diarrhetic. Just blow everything out, all over everything, whatever.

Ia m with seneca. it really does not make sense. It seems that the nasty little man who did it was trying to get as many jabs as possible in one cartoon. I wonder if he has the balls to do one of Mohammed hiding in a bunker?

Buddy,

I think those little pustules are supposed to be wasp stings.

Thank goodness. I had entered a whole new realm of disgust.

Chuck:

Hmm. Interesting. I had thought they were just pimples, like on a teenaged English soccer hooligan skinhead - who is evidently equivalent to a Jew.

Or something.

I think we are giving this cartoon about one times ten to the twenty third times more attention than went in to its creation...

It's a slice of some successful media star's mental life, tho.

Peter, why does that not surprise me.

Check Radioblogger.com for a similar tale on Air America (the radio station--in case you, like most of the planet, haven't heard of it).
