Jury finds Moussaoui eligible for execution

Monday, April 03, 2006
The jury has returned its unanimous verdict and concluded that admitted terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty.

Barring any legal maneuvers, the next phase of the trial will determine whether he actually receives the death penalty.

Testimony of relatives of the deceased and survivors of the September 11th attacks will be presented by the prosecution in this next phase.

Would it be cruel and inhuman punishment to strap the loon down and shave him prior to his sentencing hearing?

Was it a few weeks ago that the MSM was crying that the case was lost, accusing the prosecutors
pole-axing the case after 4 years of work, and Keith Olbermann was doing headstands on his night time laugh fest? Can we get Keith on the line to hear his smart ass riposte?

Has Brinkema ever pronounced a death sentence? It sounds as if this jury is going to take about 15 seconds to affirm one - can Brinkema call in an alternate to pronounce it?
