"Sandy Burglar" works against Rep. Curt Weldon

Convicted criminal Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger is raising money for the Democrat candidate running against Rep. Curt Weldon (R - Pa.).

Weldon is known as a vigorous defender of America against the threat of terrorism, and has been active in investigating Operation Able Danger, a Pentagon operation that identified 9/11 terrorist Mohammed Atta and other al Qaeda operatives before the September 11th attacks on America.

More information on Able Danger can be found here.

Weldon also identified Dieter Snell, the lead staffer for Jamie Gorelick, as the individual who blocked the 9/11 Commission from hearing about Able Danger. Gorelick was a top Clinton administration Justice Department official who erected the "Gorelick Wall" prohibiting intelligence agencies from sharing information about terrorists. The Gorelick Wall was demolished by the Patriot Act.

Bill Clinton's National Security Advisor is also known as "Sandy Burglar" because of his guilty plea for stealing classified documents from the National Archives and destroying with scissors some of the material related to terror threats.

Am I the only one that thinks there's more here than meets the eye?

Read that quote a little closer:

"The person who debriefed [Able Danger analyst] Scott Philpot was, in fact, the lead staffer for Jamie Gorelick," Weldon told the Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes." "His name was Dieter Snell."
