Lawyers for I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Jr., have subpoenaed Judith Miller, Nick Kristof and the New York Times for notes and documents related to stories in the Valerie Plame case.
Subpoenas have also been issued to Matthew Cooper of Time magazine and Tim Russert of NBC News.
