I have no explanation for this picture. Maybe it is an obscure joke, maybe it is photographic evidence of some hideous punishment from Mao's Cultural Revolution. The title of this post is a Yves Saint Laurent quote. Who knows, maybe it is just elderly fashionistas who have finally gone 'round the bend.
However, you might be one to something, perhaps it is from a photo shoot for a Goodyear 'pinup' calendar. If so, I doubt that Ridgid Tools has anything to worry about.
