I say that because the AP/Ipsos folks felt the need to rig a poll. Go to anklebitingpundits for the gruesome details.

The poll was clearly rigged to "push an agenda", to use the phrase on AnkleBitingPundits. But I wonder: why does anyone still take polls seriously? They have clearly become yet another weapon in the eternal war.

AP/Ipsos did this, as well with the poll that showed Bushs' support at only 39%.

AP Ipsos is a French company, and there polls somehow always seem to reflect French public opinion. Odd, huh?

All the old tricks: underrepresent Republicans, underrepresent registered (let alone likely) voters, questionable geography...was it a weekend poll as well?

This is really getting boring.
