I don't often comment on my Friday music videos, but this one takes some explaining. The American folk song 500 miles was taken, the lyrics rewritten, and used as a love song in an Indian movie. Quite a different feel to the song as a result. Here are the Hindu lyrics translated:

When things go wrong
When things get tough
You stand by me, O my friend
When things go wrong
When things get tough
You stand by me, O my friend
There is no one, no one was there
in my life except you
You stand by me, O my friend
You stand by me, O my friend

May there be moonlight as long as the night
Everyone is with you
But you are in the darkness
Don't let go of my hand

May there be moonlight as long as the night
Everyone is with you
But you are in the darkness
Don't let go of my hand

When Whatever goes wrong
When something gets difficult
You stand by me, O my friend
There is no one, nor was there anyone
in my life except you
You stand by me, O my friend

Those rituals of loyalty
We will keep you, I swear
Even a single breath of life
As long as I am in my control

Those rituals of loyalty
We will keep you, I swear
Even a single breath of life
As long as I am in my control

When anything goes wrong
When something gets difficult
You stand by me, O my friend
There is no one, nor There was no one in my life except you.
You stand with me, O my friend.

My heart has faith in you.
We have met somewhere before.
This series has been going on for centuries.
It's not a matter of today.

My heart has faith in you.
We have met somewhere before.
This series has been going on for centuries.
It's not a matter of today.

When things go wrong.
When things get difficult.
You stand with me, O my friend.

When things go wrong.
When things get difficult.
You stand with me, O my friend.

There is no one, there was no one.
Life I am nothing but you.

You are with me, O humnava.

You are with me, O humnava.
