The correct spelling is "Corp's", not "Corps'" ???
"I have trouble with where to put periods and commas", I say, "...because they do not look right inside quotation marks".

ahhh...yes. The exception proves the rule, tho--Murtha's breach just reminds folks of what Marines (except for Murtha) stand for.
I thought Murtha was misspelled. I thought that was supposed to be spelled as c-r-a-p-w-e-a-s-e-l.
