With Voinovich back on the reservation Dodd's only got Chihuahuas for the "bruising attack". Interesting use of a third stringer though.

Chris Dodd has one of the more annoying characteristics of John Kerry, Joe Biden, Howard Dean and Teddy Kennedy; The love of the sound of his own voice.
On the other hand, John Bolton shares a common quality with another great UN Ambassador, Daniel Patrick Moynihan; a biting outspokenness.
I also doubt that Dodd will be able to deliver on this bit of theatrics.
