A Gift From Dodd
GOP'll gain the moral victory, but both sides will be "bruised" in the larger arena, where Americans just want some cooperative government.
Dodd and his bunch are out in the open as "rule-or-ruin" spoilers, but it's only obvious to politics-watchers. Alas.
