Touchgraph shows the links between pages as lines and the pages themselves as nodes. Then it attempts to arrange everything in a way that expresses the strength of the relationsip by "closeness", so that if there is a group of blogs that all interlink, they show up as a cluster.
Try entering something like www.instapundit.com, and then add something like www.dailykos.com in the "add url" box. You'll probably get two relatively dense bunches with a few links between, possibly through intermediaries.

So what's this supposed to show? Some sort of relationship between the url's?
